To filter data in datasheet follow the steps given below.
Click on the drop-down present at the right of the column header whose data you want to filter.
By dafault, access selects all the check boxes under the text filter option. Click on select all, all the selected check boxes will be deselected as shown.
Select the items that you want to see in your datasheet, You can select as many items as you want to display in a datasheet.
Click ok, the filter icon will appear at the right of the column header, clicking on the filter icon will show the filter criteria.
